    2. Unit Composition: The SXGM-3*1400/1600/1800 three-layer co-extrusion blown film line consists of three extruders (SX45X30/SJ50X30/SJ65X30 optional), an SGM three-layer co-extrusion die (Φ200, Φ250, Φ300, Φ350 series), an “IBC internal bubble cooling” system, BQ1400/1600/1800 traction auxiliary machine, BJ1400/1600/1800 winder auxiliary machine, motor control cabinet, and various functional accessories.

    3. Main Features:

    3.1 The “IBC internal bubble cooling” system adopts German technology, with high control precision and small film diameter deviation; significantly improves the transparency and output of film products.

    3.2 The extruder adopts advanced German technology for production, with high output and good plasticizing effect. Its filter screen device is a German patented technology.

    3.3 The co-extrusion die is serialized and computer-optimized in design.

    3.4 Reliable constant tension control system, equipped with high-quality flattening rollers, cold cutting knives, edge cutting and trimming functional accessories, ensuring flat film winding.

    3.7 The automatic correction system corrects the direction automatically to ensure the neatness of the film roll.
