    1. The automatic pallet block nailing and cutting machine is a device specially developed for making pallet foot pads. Simply place the slats on the worktable; no molds are needed. Just input the relevant data on the PLC panel and transmit the corresponding instructions. The machine will receive these instructions and quickly nail and cut the blocks to the required specification, achieving high automation and simple operation.                

    2. Automatic Feeding: Uses a 750W servo motor for precise automatic feeding.        

    3. Automatic Planing: Uses a 7.5KW asynchronous motor to drive alloy planer blades for planing.

    4. Automatic Nailing: The automatic nailing system consists of two sets of 380W servo motors, an American Stanley coil nailer, and a large coil of nails. It provides precise size control and high production efficiency.

    5. Automatic Cutting: The automatic cutting system consists of a 7.5KW asynchronous motor, a Yideke air cylinder, and an intelligent motor protector.

    6. Automatic Counting: The screen displays the cumulative production quantity.

    7. Human-Machine Interface: 7-inch large screen touch control.

    8. Abnormal Alarm: When a machine malfunction occurs, the LED warning light will alarm promptly, and the screen will display the fault content and suggest solutions.
